Sambut puasa....

Tahun ni sambut pose dgn hubby di rmh mak mertua.....tiket blum bli lg....Lepas siap kerja terus je pg stesen keretapi dlm 2.45....lmbat plak train ni...btambah sakit hati blh bhenti lama...tpaksa la diri dlm train slama 20minit...dlm hati 'smpi lmbat jgak nnti ni'...bila smpi di TBS dlm pkul4 org dh ramai tp mmng dh jangka pkara tu akan blaku maklumla smua nk balik bposa brsama keluarga...

Tiket y ada paling awl pkul8 dan 9.30 mlm....lpas bli tiket jln2 cri tudung dan brang2 lain....pg solat asar lpastu dok dlm surau je....pkul6 bru kuar pg bli makanan sbb nnti lpas solat maghrib terus je trun tnggu bas...

Bas jalan dlm 8.15....try utk rhatkn dri cma tlelap skjap je...lpastu trus dgn mp3....selamat smpai dalam 11.45....merajuk dgn hubby sbb smpai lmbat....

Lpas hantr brang di rmh salam dgn mak mertua, korg kuar mkn MD.....hubby ikut kehendak isterinya nk mkn bbur. hehehe i love u so much....sya xksah pn sbnarnya kfc ke md ke jnji blh makan.....2am blik rmh....lepas solat isyak hubby kata xpyh tdrla tp dlm pkul3.30 sya mgntuk hubby kta tdr la dlu nnti dia kjutkn...Lpas sahur tnggu azan solat terus je sya tdr...

Dlm pkul5.30 ptg ajak hubby pg kedai bli tshirt dgn bazaar skali....dptla jln2 dgn hubby hehehe....korg buka kt rmh je....nnti klu hubby dtg sni bru blh ajak hubby pg mkn sedap2...

Kuruskan Badan

Rasa dh lama nk kuruskan badan ni tp faham2 jela.....usaha utk bdiet ni pernah berjaya sbnarnya sewaktu nak bertunang dlu...memang turun walaupun xbnyak...bjaya turun 3kg...

Sekarang ni rasanya nak mulakn semula niat nk kuruskan badan....mana xnya mmng terasa badan naik...bahagian perut dan sekitarnya masalah besar sya...lagipun xlama lg nk pose elok la rasanya kurang kn makan kuatkan ibadah....harap2 sya sperti pose thun lalu sya buka dgn kuih saja sudah knyang..

Langkah pertama usaha y di ambil utk kuruskan badan adalah 
1.Buat tiker/kiraan timbangan

2. Nak beli body analysis scale..boleh timbang berat pagi2....hehehe

  • Kurangkan makanan / kuantiti makanan
  • Pilih makanan berkhasiat
  • Bersenam  - sbenarnya ada je bersenam tapi xamalkan rasa nk buat bru la senam klu x haram...sya gunakan senaman Burn Calories Body Combat....sgt suka sbb cepat kuar peluh
